Wholesale Program Overview

Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with IndoLoveKreation.com. Our wholesale program is designed for established businesses that align with our brand values and serve a handmade, sewing, or creative customer base. Wholesale access is approval-based and password protected.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a wholesale account, applicants must:

• Operate a registered business (retail or online)

• Hold a valid resale certificate / sales tax ID (where applicable)

• Sell products relevant to sewing, bag making and crafting supplies

• Not sell on major third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Temu, Shein, etc.)

• Maintain brand integrity in pricing and presentation

We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.

Minimum Order Requirements

• Opening wholesale order: $300

• Reorder minimum: $300

• To maintain an account, a minimum of $1,200 must be purchased per calendar year or the account is subject to closure.

• No mixing wholesale and retail items in the same order

Wholesale Pricing

• Wholesale pricing is typically 30–50% off retail, depending on product category

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with promotions, coupons, or free shipping offers

Ordering & Access

• Approved wholesalers will receive login credentials to our wholesale portal

• Orders are placed directly through our website

• Inventory availability is first-come, first-served

• We do not guarantee restocks on limited or seasonal items

Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full at time of order

• Accepted payment methods: credit card or approved digital payments

• Net terms are not offered at this time

Shipping Policy

• Wholesale orders ship within 3–7 business days (excluding holidays)

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

• Free shipping promotions do not apply to wholesale orders
  

Returns & Exchanges

• All wholesale sales are final

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges on wholesale orders

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery

MAP & Resale Guidelines

To protect our brand and wholesale partners:

• Wholesale products may not be advertised or sold below our suggested retail pricing

• No resale on third-party mass marketplaces

• Indo Love Kreation products may not be rebranded or altered for resale

Violation of these terms may result in account termination.

Photography & Marketing Use

• Our product photos may be used for online listings with proper representation

• Credit to Indo Love Kreation is appreciated but not required

• Lifestyle or branded imagery may not be modified

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts due to:

• Policy violations

• Non-payment

• Brand misuse

• Excessive disputes or chargebacks
